Spectrum Foods, Springfield, IL, has rolled out a new product named Soy Anytime® as the first line extension to its Premier Harvest® line of soy foods. Soy Anytime consists of small crunchy nuggets of certified non-GMO soy and rice that can be added to a wide array of foods, including yogurt, cooking and baking applications, ice cream, salads and cereal to name a few. Each 2-tablespoon serving of the product provides 6.5 grams of soy protein.
